The CY cable is an instrument cable, also known as CY Control Cable, Screened Flexible Cable and EMC Cable. The CY cable is used as an interconnecting cable for measuring, controlling and regulating control equipment for assembly and production lines.
The CY cable provides interference free transmission. They have a tinned copper wire braid with a Polyethylene Terephthalate (PETP) separator, protecting the cable from outside electromagnetic interferences and mechanical stress.
The CY cable comes with a grey sheath and are highly flexible multi core cables with class 5 copper conductors. The cable comes in both PVC and Low Smoke Zero Halogen versions. The cable is suited for both fixed and flexible installations; it has a high durability when used in conditions under medium mechanical stress.
